Setting up for a great 2021/22 Season!
Key Activities to be completed by each Centre prior to Day 1.
Undertaking these steps will alleviate many pressures of race day, improve parent perception of the organised event and help all involved have a wonderful day!
Update both Software and Firmware (hardware)- see details by clicking on the button ->
Learn or re-familiarise themselves with the software and any enhancements made through the year
Ensure the centre has all components/equipment necessary for race day
Ensure there aren’t any issues with your laptop, gates or other hardware
Ensure enough time to contact Timing Solutions and rectify any potential issues prior to Day 1

Registrar Training (1-2 months prior to Day 1)
If using another registration platform, please contact your relevant state office for guidance
RaceHQ ideal season process steps (4-5 weeks prior to Day 1)
ResultsHQ Beginner (2-3 weeks prior to Day 1)
This includes season rollover - the critical 1st step in the process.CompetitionHQ (1-2 days prior to Day 1)
Update to the latest version through relevant APP store
Android firmware version 9 may have a compatibility issue with the latest version of CompetitionHQ. While we are addressing this, follow the steps in this link for a workaround
